Desta forma, a Prefeitura Municipal de Senhora Do Porto (MG), cumprindo a Lei 13.460\/2017, de 26 de junho de 2017, que estabelece a Carta de Servi\u00e7os ao Cidad\u00e3o, tem por objetivo informar o cidad\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os prestados pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade, formas de acesso e respectivos compromissos e padr\u00f5es de qualidade de atendimento ao p\u00fablico. A sua pr\u00e1tica implica para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o um processo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o sustentado em princ\u00edpios fundamentais \u2013 participa\u00e7\u00e3o e comprometimento, informa\u00e7\u00e3o e transpar\u00eancia, aprendizagem e participa\u00e7\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o. Esses princ\u00edpios t\u00eam como premissas o foco no cidad\u00e3o e a indu\u00e7\u00e3o do controle social.
